UV DTF Transfers – Upload Custom Stickers for Hard Surfaces

• DPI: 300 for optimal quality.
• File Type: PNG with a transparent background.
• Important: Designs print exactly as submitted. Backgrounds (solid colors or otherwise) will be included if present in your file.

For hard surfaces like glass, plastic, metal, wood, ceramic, acrylic — no heat press required.

1. Clean the surface

Make sure the target surface is dry, smooth, and free of dust, grease, or fingerprints.

Use isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth to wipe the area.

Let it dry completely before proceeding.

2. Prepare the transfer

Your UV DTF decal has two layers:

Top layer: Transparent film (carrier)

Bottom layer: White backing paper

Do not peel anything yet.

3. Position the transfer

Carefully trim around the design if needed.

Place the entire sticker (still with backing attached) over the object to check positioning.

When ready, slowly peel off the white backing paper, leaving the sticky design attached to the transparent film.

⚠️ Be careful not to touch the adhesive side of the design.

4. Apply the design

Stick the exposed adhesive side onto the clean surface.

Use a squeegee or your fingers to press down the entire design, starting from the center and moving outward to remove any bubbles.

Apply firm pressure, especially around small edges and corners.

5. Peel the top film

Slowly and carefully peel away the transparent top film at a sharp angle.

If any part of the design lifts with the film, lay it back down and press again.

✅ Only peel when you're sure the entire design has adhered.

6. Done!

No heat, water, or curing needed.

Avoid washing or heavy contact for at least 24 hours to allow full bonding.

💡 Pro Tips

Works best on smooth, hard, non-porous surfaces.

Not recommended for fabric, silicone, rubbery or textured materials.

For curved surfaces (like mugs or bottles), work slowly and press section by section.
