File Requirements

  • DPI: 300 for optimal quality.
  • File Type: PNG with a transparent background.
  • Important: Designs print exactly as submitted. Backgrounds (solid colors or otherwise) will be included if present in your file.

DTF Transfer Application Instructions

1. Preheat your garment
Cotton: Press for 5 seconds
Polyester: Press for 4 seconds
This step helps remove any excess moisture and preps the fabric for transfer.

2. Place the transfer
Lay the transfer on the shirt white side down, with the image facing up.

3. Press with heat
Cotton: Press at 320°F for 15 seconds
Polyester: Press at 270°F for 12 seconds
Use very firm pressure for best results!.

4. Let it cool
After pressing, remove the garment from the heat and let it cool down until it's warm or cool to the touch.

5. Peel time!
You can peel warm or cool —but at EZPrintHouz, we always recommend peeling after it cools for a clean, smooth release.

6. Final press to seal it in
Cover the design with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet, then press again:
Cotton: 5 seconds
Polyester: 4 seconds
